Our Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book any flights, hotels, visas, Umrah trips, or other travel services. However, please make sure you've reviewed them thoroughly. The firm has the right to change its policy agreements without any notice. If you get a voucher for flights and hotels and see anything wrong with it, please let us know right away so we can fix it. If you don't let us know about any changes to the statement, you won't have to pay. These details are derived from the principal's statements made at the time of the reservation, so please keep that in mind. Also, let us know right away if any of that information changes. Verify that all of your flight details are accurate. 

Flight Ticket Policy

Confirm your flight at least 72 hours before your travel. Tickets are not changeable or returnable under any circumstances. Please note that pricing is not confirmed until tickets are issued.

If the flight is delayed or cancelled to or from the UK due to the operator's failure to fulfil their contractual obligations, it is beyond our control. We'll help in finding alternate flights. Please ensure you've bought travel insurance to deal with this type of inconvenience. Also, you must check the invoice properly while travelling.

Any modifications to the traveller's flight, hotel, or transport vouchers will be their responsibility to pay for. 

Hotel Policy

If the company can't arrange the previously agreed hotel accommodation, it has the right to offer an alternative. Hotel prices are subject to availability; the fees may also change until you pay the full amount or reserve the accommodation.

Deposit Policy

Deposit reserves your seats, not the fare. Please pay the deposit amount as soon as possible to minimise the fare difference. Also, to reserve your seat, you've to pay the minimum deposit amount. 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of voluntary cancellation before the issue of any certain period, such as airline tickets, hotel rooms, or transit vouchers. A 50% administrative charge per person will be added to your initial deposit.

In case of voluntary cancellation after issuance. The applicable rules advised by the airline, hotels, and transportation vendors will be opposed.

Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowance may vary by airline. Please review the complete baggage allowance listed on your ticket before you depart. 

Complaints

If you're unsatisfied with Tawaf Travel services, please inform us in writing within twenty-one days of the event or within seven days of your travel. 

If you are unsatisfied with Tawaf Travel services, please let us know in writing within 21 days of the event or 7 days after your trip. Any message sent beyond this time will result in issues that must be handled later.

Check-in Times

Please check in 2 hours before European or domestic flights, and 3 hours before international flights. Although check-in normally closes 1.5 hours before the flight departs. 

Meal Requests

We will make every effort to ensure you receive a meal from our end, but we cannot guarantee it will be delivered. Please let us know if you haven't already done so, so we may notify the airline on your behalf.

English Law

All agreements and contracts involving travel and accommodation must be subject to the jurisdiction and laws of England. The customer and the service provider both agree that any disputes arising in the KSA will be settled in accordance with Saudi Law and Authorities.

We won't help you if you break the rules, even if you don't know it. Only the travel insurance provider or the British Embassy may be able to support you.

Non-UK National

The applicant must include their valid residence permit with the application if they are not a national of the country.

Subject to availability Policy

Remember that terms and conditions and availability define everything. Without prior notice, Tawaf Travel may immediately and completely reject service. Please let us know your specific needs when you make your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We'll give another option if we can't provide the requested services.
